Paul was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2006. Prior to coming to Alberta, Paul was a Solicitor in England for 13 years. He has a BA Honours Degree in Business from Bournemouth University, England (1987). In addition, Paul completed the Common Professional Examination and Law Society Finals Course at the University of West England in Bristol. Paul is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of England and Wales, the Lethbridge Bar Association and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.

Paul is very active in the community, particularly in following his children’s sports endeavours. He is involved in his church and enjoys spending time with his family.
