First and foremost, we seek to prevent landlord and tenant disputes through properly drafted lease agreements that protect both parties by adequately communicating all rights and obligations.

We act for landlords in seeking appropriate remedies from tenants who do not pay their rent or otherwise cause problems for the landlord. We can assist in obtaining orders to terminate a tenancy, obtaining vacant possession of rental premises, and procuring a monetary judgment for damage done by tenants.


We can also represent tenants who have been mistreated by their landlords.


In addition, we represent clients who rent mobile homes or mobile home sites.
