We represent several adoption agencies and we have been involved in litigating adoption issues before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Appeal.  We also handle private placement and step-parent adoptions.

Because we practice immigration law, we can assist with international adoptions as well.
